3. Leg Presses
Leg presses add excess pressure on the back and knees. Young athletes do leg presses to build up strength and stamina, but as we age, this activity intense workout sessions can be the end of us. If you love your knees and back, do yourself a favor and lift a light kettle ball instead. This won’t weigh down on you too much, but you’re still getting a bit of exercise done.
